Dimensions: Diameter from 90mm to 1300mm, wire diameter From 2mm to 8mm, the circle distance from 6mm to 20mm. This type of fan hood machine can be produced in various styles and specifications, and the machine can be customized according to customer needs and drawings. Features: reliable welding,  longer service life. Our round spiral fan grill guards are widely used in different electrical industries to cover the blades of flat or conical fans. These fan grill covers can withstand high wind speeds and temperatures.

2)60000A Medium Frequency output current, PLC Control TaiWan brand.  Can weld from front, back, left and right. Japan Sanyo servo motors. Copper welding transformer.

3)can weld one 450 fan guard in 2-3 minutes;

4)Energy consumption: 1cbm air per minute, 5kw electricity per hour.  

5）One machine works with 5 sets of molds to make fan guard 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm and 500mm.

6)Japan Sanyo Servo motors: 2.7KW+1.5KW+1KW=5.2KW
